Next Toast 2 Slices of White Bread (we're being healthy enough poaching the eggs!)
Add a liberal amount of butter to the toasted bread.
Place eggs on bread and 'butter' them into the toast so that the yellow is released.
Add lots of Ketchup and...
Voila!
Not only is it damn tasty but the colours are pretty cool!

This post has made me so fucking hungry right now. Goddamn it why am I nowhere near any Poached eggs. Perhaps I shall have just the bread and ketchup.
