Life brings little certainty's. However...One is that despite heavy betting and romantic cliched aspirations every year by people for a 'White Christmas'. It will never happen! But here is where it gets strange. You can Guarantee that January will be the coldest windiest frostiest month known to man and more ofter than not there will be snow.
Christmas was less than 2 weeks ago, Why the insane change in weather so suddenly???
Here's a Photo of my mate Rob who along with myself was stupid enough to get up at 9am on a Saturday in order to brave the elements up the Wicklow mountains. I didnt think it was possible to be so cold but i didn't estimate sleet and gale force wind forming an unrelenting tag team to whoop our asses! Still Great Craic though!
